Shipping will be within 2-3 days of receiving payment and is by Australia Post -standard shipping rates apply.

For international shipping please contact us at info@tianaballagh.com for a quote and availability. Unfortunately we don't ship to the US or Russia.
Return & Exchange Policy
These items are all handmade and will show imperfections and marks that make your chosen piece totally unique. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and you believe the mark is a fault or damage please get in touch to discuss.
I package your purchase as carefully as possible to ensure it arrives in the same condition as it left. If the unfortunate happens and the piece is broken please take a photo of the item still in the box and email to me. I will reply as soon as possible to either discuss a refund or replacement piece (however it won't be exactly the same as these items are one of a kind). You may be required to post the broken piece back to me in which case I will pay for or reimburse you for the cost of postage).
Because of the fragile nature of ceramics I can't offer a return on an item simply because of a change of mind.
